Insurance

Most commercial insurance plans can be used through Headway or SonderMind, which allows many clients to access therapy using their benefits. Private‑pay options are also available for those who prefer not to use insurance or who want greater flexibility and privacy.

Individual Therapy

55‑minute session: $125

EMDR Therapy

90‑minute EMDR session: $175

3‑hour EMDR intensive: $400

EMDR intensives offer deeper, focused work and are scheduled in longer blocks to support processing, containment, and integration.

Psychedelic Preparation & Integration

I offer MAPS‑informed preparation and integration sessions for clients engaging in legal, retreat‑based, or ceremonial experiences involving non‑ordinary states of consciousness. This work is grounded in harm‑reduction, trauma‑informed care, and a focus on meaning‑making, clarity, and long‑term integration. These sessions do not involve the provision, recommendation, or facilitation of any substances.

55‑minute preparation or integration session: $150

These sessions are ideal for clients seeking support before or after expanded‑states experiences, or for those wanting to explore insights, patterns, and personal meaning in a grounded therapeutic setting.

Communication & Boundaries

To maintain the integrity of the work, communication outside of session is limited to scheduling and logistical needs. All therapeutic work occurs within session time so that the process remains intentional, contained, and effective.
